How do I book an experience?
Browse experiences, select your preferred date and group size, and complete the booking with your payment information. You'll receive instant confirmation via email.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes, you can modify your booking up to 48 hours before the experience start time. Contact your guide directly through the messaging system or reach out to our support team.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience. 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before, and no refund for cancellations within 24 hours.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and local payment methods.
When will I be charged?
Your payment is processed immediately when you confirm your booking. The funds are held securely and released to the guide after the experience is completed.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Refund amounts depend on when you cancel relative to the experience date.

Do I need an account to book?
Yes, you need to create an account to book experiences. This allows you to manage your bookings, save favorites, and communicate with guides.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account from your account settings. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
